ANGEL FRANKLIN
Angel Franklin is a member of the CNBC Workforce Council, a Chief People and Operations Officer, and Executive Performance Coach. She has 20 years of experience in Coaching and Human Capital Strategy covering all aspects including Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Enablement/Operations and CEO/Board Succession to name a few. She has a history of leading complex global Blue Chip and Fortune 500 companies (Tesla, Kellogg, Ernst & Young, Cummins) as well as providing executive coaching services for leaders in top tier organizations
(including Google, BlackRock, Walmart and Bank of America) to Athletes, Coaches and Entertainers
(including members of: the ACC, the NFL, Capitol Records and Bravo Network).

Angel's focus on achieving quantifiable changes in impact after executive coaching (e.g. increase in revenue, market share, retention, etc) has made her a unique player in the coaching space. She brings both comprehensive business acumen (as an officer of publicly traded companies) and deep Emotional Intelligence (as a certified executive coach). That results in the

DEE MURPHY
Dee Murphy has 20 years of experience leading high performing teams across luxury, tech, manufacturing, entertainment and hospitality in large international brands (Hilton, Burberry, Tesla, ServiceNow) as well as several founder led start-ups.
A lifelong student, Dee is a credentialed therapist and executive coach with degrees in Business (honors) and Transformative Leadership (honors) as well as a growing list of certifications, ranging from Algorithmic Business Thinking to science-based personality profiling assessments. In her 1:1 coaching work with senior leaders, athletes, and entertainers, Dee is known for “lovingly holding their feet to the fire” with insights, science, and hard truths.

Her passion lies in the heart of fostering growth and transformation in others. She is deeply committed to this cause, driven by her conviction that personal development unravels a richer, more complex reality, unveiling profound layers of self and identity. Dee empowers her clients to expand their capabilities, bravery, and ease in handling complex interactions and systems. Dee intricately interweaves advanced practices from adult-stage development, polarity management, complexity theory, and intercultural consciousness into her work.

Beyond her professional realm, Dee is a true global citizen, an Irish nomad who has called nine countries home, now splitting her time between California and New York. She cherishes moments of levity with her family and passionately pursues her interest in learning new musical instruments, embodying a balance of serious commitment and joyful exploration.
